HDFC ERFO launches brand TVC campaigns

“Poochoge, Toh Aapko Milega Sahi Jawaab”, Hdfc Ergo’s New TVC Featuring Nawazuddin Siddiqui And Piyush Mishra HDFC ERGO General Insurance, India’s leading private sector general insurance company has launched a brand new TVC campaign “POOCHOGE, TOH AAPKO MILEGA SAHI JAWAAB”. The campaign aims at piquing customers’ interest to ask the right questions while considering a general insurance policy. Insurance companies offer several products and services which customers may choose from. These products and services can range from chat bots to self-help services as well as wellness applications which in today’s times are must haves and much required. But apart from these; services like the number of network hospitals & garages, quick claims approvals, value of claims settled by the insurer too are important for the customers to consider while purchasing a policy. A large network of cashless hospitals and garages gives customers the confidence in the ease of access and relief from the pressure of making last minute financial arrangements. Similarly, quick settlement of claims, the financial strength of the insurer and other such details are important factors while making a purchase decision. Usually, as customers, we pay least attention to these important details and turn to a recommended product by any acquaintance. But, these finer elements are always ignored which makes life easy and comfortable in the moment of truth i.e. while making an insurance claim! It is therefore very critical that customers choose the right insurance policy by asking questions that matter the most to guarantee themselves the care and much required peace of mind during unforeseen situations, while also fortifying their financial plan. Conceptualised by Mullen Lintas, the “POOCHOGE, TOH AAPKO MILEGA SAHI JAWAAB” campaign features two TVCs, primarily focusing on health insurance and motor insurance. Featuring the brand ambassador Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a double role along with the multi-faceted Piyush Mishra, coming together on screen is sure to raise the entertainment quotient. The core premise of the campaign is predicated on the aspect that culturally we are very curious and inquisitive when it comes to buying any product. But when it comes to buying insurance, people either do not ask questions or aren’t asking the right questions. The current pandemic has made people somewhat aware of the importance of insurance. But seldom do they ask about the essential features and services which the insurance policy offers that are much required while making a claim. These thoughts often lead the consumer to choose an insurance policy which may not be best suited to secure their financially requirements in the hour of need. Consumer should rather focus on knowing the essential services offered by the insurer like number of cashless hospitals or garage, claim settlement ratio, to name a few and ask questions that will help them take it easy in unprecedented times. HDFC ERGO has always been inclined towards promoting insurance awareness within the country. Keeping this in mind, the campaign “POOCHOGE TOH AAPKO MILEGA SAHI JAWAAB” aims at enlightening the audience to put their financial needs at the forefront and ask relevant questions whilst considering a insurance policy and take an informed decision. By infusing the humor element in the core idea, the message is both entertaining and informative. This campaign, now live, will be featured on TV, Radio, Outdoor (i.e. Hoarding / Bus shelter / Bus branding) and OTT platforms. Additionally, the TVCs are also available on digital and social media platforms like YouTube / twitter / Facebook / Instagram and LinkedIn for internet users.
