Nykaa Q3 FY26: Beauty segment revenue rises 27% year-on-year

FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa) delivered a robust performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), reporting strong revenue growth and a sharp sequential improvement in profitability as it continued to scale its beauty and fashion businesses.
Revenue from operations rose 26.73% year-on-year to Rs 2,873.26 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 2,267.21 crore in the same quarter last year. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue increased 22.48% from Rs 2,345.98 crore in Q2 FY26. Including other income of Rs 6.26 crore, total income stood at Rs 2,879.52 crore, marking a 26.70% YoY and 22.32% QoQ rise.
The Beauty segment remained the key growth driver, with revenue climbing 27.30% YoY to Rs 2,622.36 crore, up from Rs 2,060.01 crore a year ago, and 22.99% QoQ from Rs 2,131.88 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Beauty revenue reached Rs 6,729.61 crore, compared with Rs 5,356.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Nykaa’s Fashion segment reported revenue of Rs 235 crore in Q3 FY26, registering an 18.09% YoY increase from Rs 199 crore and a 16.92% QoQ rise from Rs 201 crore. For the nine-month period, Fashion revenue stood at Rs 606.83 crore, up from Rs 513.69 crore a year earlier.
The Others segment posted revenue of Rs 15.90 crore during the quarter, nearly doubling from Rs 8.20 crore in Q3 FY25 and growing 21.37% QoQ from Rs 13.10 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the segment’s revenue increased to Rs 37.74 crore from Rs 17.96 crore in the year-ago period.
Total expenses for the quarter rose to Rs 2,753.54 crore, reflecting a 23.64% YoY and 19.85% QoQ increase. Purchase of traded goods stood at Rs 1,504.77 crore, while other expenses increased to Rs 864.82 crore. Employee benefits expense rose to Rs 202.90 crore, compared with Rs 174.60 crore a year ago.
Profit before tax (PBT) surged to Rs 109.62 crore in Q3 FY26, up 146.01% YoY and 97.94% QoQ. Net profit after tax (PAT) came in at Rs 67.74 crore, marking a 151.17% YoY jump and a 105.40% sequential increase.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Nykaa reported revenue from operations of Rs 7,374.18 crore, up 25.24% year-on-year, while net profit rose to Rs 125.19 crore from Rs 53.02 crore in the same period last year.
Overall, Nykaa’s Q3 FY26 performance was driven by continued momentum in its Beauty business and steady growth in Fashion, alongside a significant improvement in profitability.
