Mohit Sud promoted to Executive Director at Blue Star

Mohit Sud has been appointed Executive Director of Unitary Cooling Products at Blue Star for a five-year term, effective April 1, 2026.

Mohit joined Blue Star in March 2025 as Group President of Unitary Cooling Products, overseeing the Room Air Conditioner and Commercial Refrigeration businesses. In this role, he has been responsible for end-to-end operations, including sales, marketing, service, R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain.

A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Mohit brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, distribution, and business strategy. Before joining Blue Star, he spent over two decades at Hindustan Unilever, leading sales and marketing for multiple product categories, including Home Care and Beauty & Wellbeing, across various regions in India. In his last role there as Vice President, he drove Premium Retail distribution for the Beauty & Wellbeing business.
