Sri Adhikari Brothers TV network renamed Aqylon Nexus Ltd after MCA approval
The broadcaster, which operated for years under the Sri Adhikari Brothers identity, has begun revising its new name across all official and regulatory documentation

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network has formally adopted a new identity as Agylon Nexus Limited after receiving approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
The company notified the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that the MCA has authorised the renaming of Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited to Agylon Nexus Limited. The intimation was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
“In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and further to your in-principle approval, we are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has approved the change of the company’s name from Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited to Agylon Nexus Limited,” the company stated in its filing.
The broadcaster further confirmed that it has started updating the revised name across all statutory and regulatory documentation.
“Additionally, we would like to inform you that the company has initiated the necessary steps to update the name with all relevant departments and regulators,” the network said.
The rebranding represents a major identity transition for the company, which has operated in India’s television and content production industry for several decades under the Sri Adhikari Brothers name.
