boAt has expanded Shrey Walia’s leadership mandate, entrusting him with additional responsibility alongside his current role as Business Head – Wearables and Accessories. He will now also lead the company’s New Business Verticals as Business Head.
Over the past two years, Walia has played a key role in boAt’s growth, making significant contributions to the expansion and scale-up of its wearables portfolio and charging solutions business. Recognising his strong ownership mindset, strategic thinking and consistent execution, the company has broadened his remit to spearhead boAt’s next phase of growth initiatives.
In his new role, Walia will oversee the growth ventures charter, focusing on identifying, incubating and scaling emerging business opportunities. His mandate includes building future-ready, scalable business models that align with evolving consumer needs and boAt’s long-term vision.

Walia is an alumnus of Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), where he earned his B.Tech degree, and holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi.
