Shahid Kapoor, Bollywood's beloved chocolate boy, turned 43 on February 25. The Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya actor, Kapoor has delivered numerous commercial hits along with roles that have won critical acclaim throughout his career. From his childhood, he has been a key part of the Indian entertainment industry and has also made big contributions to the marketing field through numerous brand associations. 

Kapoor has been the face of ad campaigns for over three decades, showcasing a natural talent for brand affiliations. He has been a brand ambassador for many leading brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Shell India, FURO Sports, One Plus TV, PokerBaazi.com, Colgate, BetterHalf, Reebok, and many more. 

In the early 90’s Kapoor was a child artist in many ad films.

Complan

From the early '90s, this Complan ad featuring a young Kapoor alongside actress Ayesha Takia popularised the slogan "I am a Complan Girl/Boy". 

ALA Fabric Whitener

In this late '90s advertisement, Kapoor starred in this ALA Fabric Whitener ad as a rebellious teenager who loses a bet to his sister, having to cut of his long hair in the bargain. 

Pepsi

In the late ’90s, when Kuch Kuch Hota Hai became a huge hit and a symbol of pop culture, Kapoor got  to share screen space with the forbidable trio of Kajol, Rani and Shah Rukh in this Pepsi ad. The tagline "Yeh Dil Maange More" became an iconic slogan of the times. 

Fuji Film

This old Fuji ad saw Kapoor as a young paparazzi photographer, chasing Aishwarya Rai for a perfect pic.
