TIPS Music posts 21% revenue growth in Q3 FY26

TIPS Music Ltd delivered a strong performance in the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, reporting a 21% year-on-year rise in revenue from operations to ?94.3 crore, driven by sustained traction across digital platforms and robust catalogue monetisation.

Profit after tax grew 33% year-on-year to ?58.7 crore, while operating EBITDA climbed 34% to ?74.5 crore, reflecting operating leverage and higher digital consumption. EBITDA margin expanded sharply to 79% in Q3 FY26 from 71.6% in the corresponding quarter last year.

On a sequential basis, revenue increased 6% over the previous quarter, while PAT and EBITDA rose 10% each. For the nine months ended December 2025, the company reported 17% growth in revenue and a 16% increase in profit after tax.

During the quarter, TIPS Music released 108 songs, including 70 film and 38 non-film tracks, while its YouTube subscriber base rose to 145.3 million. Digital engagement remained strong, with several catalogue tracks gaining significant traction on social platforms. Songs such as Soldier Soldier Meethi Baatein and Tere Liye generated multi-billion views on Instagram during the period.

Commenting on the results, Chairman and Managing Director Kumar Taurani said the quarter reflected sustained momentum in both revenue and profitability, supported by strong catalogue performance and digital growth. He added that the dividend payout underscored the company’s focus on delivering shareholder returns.

During the quarter, the company also announced a partnership with B4U TV as its broadcast partner to expand the reach of its music catalogue across global television audiences.
