The exchange4media Group hosted the 10th edition of e4m Mobile Awards - The Maddies 2024, on November 28 in Mumbai. The Maddies recognises, honours and celebrates marketing stories that use effective and innovative mobile marketing strategies.
The star-studded award ceremony was attended by industry luminaries, business heads and experts from the advertising and marketing ecosystem to celebrate the talent and exemplary work in the mobile marketing space.
The big awards of the night were bagged by Mindshare India and Britannia Industries. While Mindshare India took home the ‘Agency of the Year’ title, Britannia Industries was adjudged the ‘Mobile Marketer of the Year’.
Mindshare India took home a total of 38 metals for their outstanding creativity and innovation. The agency bagged 14 gold metals, 16 silver and 8 bronze metals across categories. On the other hand, Britannia Industries walked away with 12 metals in total, including 5 golds, 4 silver and 3 bronze metals across categories.
Among the top brands that took home the maximum metals were Unilever , Aditya Birla Group, Swiggy , ITC, Noise, Castrol, and Asian Paints .
Meanwhile, the agencies that bagged the highest number of metals included Madison Media , Interactive Avenues , HiveMinds Innovative Market Solutions, Netcore Cloud, and Performics India.
This year, The Maddies 2024 jury was chaired by Amit Syngle , Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Asian Paints. The other jury members included industry leaders, seasoned professionals, and renowned personalities from the industry.
The winners of The Maddies 2024 were honoured in five main categories that were Marketing Strategy, Channel/Media Strategy, Enabling Technologies, Hall of Fame Awards and Short Form video category. These broad categories were further divided into several sub-categories. The awards were open to all industries linked to Mobile Marketing (Clients, Creative, Media Agencies, Digital Agencies and Publishers, etc).
The Presenting Partner of the awards was ShareChat & Moj, the Gold Partners were Mediakart & Way2news and the Associate Partner was Bliss.
