Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a total income of Rs 64,138 crore in FY25, marking a 2.3 per cent increase over Rs 62,707 crore in FY24. 

Revenue from operations also rose to Rs 62,175 crore in FY25 from Rs 60,852 crore in the previous fiscal, a 2.2 per cent growth.

Advertising and promotion spends, however, saw a decline. For the full year, HUL’s ad spends fell 4.5 per cent to Rs 6,199 crore from Rs 6,489 crore in FY24.

In Q4 FY25, HUL’s total income stood at Rs 15,979 crore, up 3.5 percent from Rs 15,441 crore in Q4 FY24. 

Revenue from operations also rose to Rs 15,416 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a 2.7 per cent increase over Rs 15,013 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. However, on a sequential basis, revenue saw a slight decline from Rs 15,559 crore in Q3 FY25.

Advertising and promotion expenses for the March 2025 quarter stood at Rs 1,510 crore, down 6.6 percent from Rs 1,616 crore in Q4 FY24 and nearly flat compared to Rs 1,507 crore in Q3 FY25.

Home Care brought in Rs 5,815 crore in Q4 FY25, growing 1.9% from Q4 FY24, while the Beauty & Wellbeing segment posted Rs 3,265 crore, marking a 5.3% increase. Personal Care also saw a modest rise of 3.1%, reaching Rs 3,265 crore

On a full-year basis, the company's total income rose to Rs 64,138 crore in FY25 from Rs 62,707 crore in FY24, up 2.3 percent. 

Ad spends declined by 4.5 per cent year-on-year to Rs 6,199 crore, while annual profit for the period was marginally lower at Rs 10,671 crore, compared to Rs 10,282 crore in the previous fiscal.

On an annual basis, HUL’s profit came in at Rs 10,671 crore, marginally higher than Rs 10,282 crore in FY24.

HUL reported a total segment revenue of Rs 63,121 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, registering a 2% increase from Rs 61,896 crore in FY24. The Home Care and Beauty & Wellbeing segments were key contributors, with both categories showing solid YoY growth.

Personal Care revenue slightly declined to Rs 9,166 crore, down 2.6 percent from Rs 9,411 crore. Foods segment revenues were nearly flat, slipping marginally to Rs 15,294 crore from Rs 15,291 crore.
