Bajaj Consumer Care has posted a 14.7 per cent dip in its AdEx for Q3.
The FMCG company has said in its financial results that its advertising expenditure has reduced from Rs 40.25 crore to Rs 34.33 crore on a YoY basis.
The total operational revenue for this quarter stands at Rs 234.41 crore.
The company has also seen a 30.8 per cent drop in profits for Q3, as compared to the same period last year.
As per media reports, Bajaj Consumer Care's board has approved the 100% acquisition of Vishal Personal Care.
The acquisition will take place in two phases of 49% and 51% stake buyouts.
