Jubilant FoodWorks reported a 13.3% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), while profit surged annually but declined sequentially.
Revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,437.2 crore in Q3 FY26, up from Rs 2,150.8 crore in Q3 FY25. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, revenue grew 4.1% from Rs 2,340.2 crore in Q2 FY26.
Total income was reported at Rs 2,455.1 crore, compared with Rs 2,168.1 crore a year ago, and Rs 2,355.4 crore in the preceding quarter.
Profit before tax (PBT) came in at Rs 115.3 crore, up 57.2% YoY from Rs 73.3 crore. However, PBT declined 26.9% QoQ from Rs 157.8 crore in Q2 FY26.
Profit after tax (PAT) from continuing operations stood at Rs 72.9 crore in Q3 FY26, up 68.6% YoY from Rs 43.2 crore. Sequentially, PAT fell 62.5% from Rs 194.6 crore in Q2 FY26.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue from operations rose 16.6% YoY to Rs 7,038.2 crore, compared with Rs 6,038.5 crore in the same period last year.
PBT increased 67.5% YoY to Rs 401.9 crore, while PAT more than doubled, rising 115.6% YoY to Rs 361.8 crore.
