Agilitas Sports to acquire Virat Kohli’s sportswear brand one8

Agilitas Sports, the end-to-end sports platform founded by Abhishek Ganguly, is set to acquire one8, the sportswear brand co-created by Virat Kohli. As part of the deal, Virat Kohli will join Agilitas as an investor and continue as co-founder of one8.

Agilitas operates across manufacturing, R&D, brand-building, and retail distribution. In 2023, the company expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Mochiko Shoes.
