The Sleep Company has named Hemal Jain as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Hemal brings over 20 years of experience spanning FMCG, food tech, quick commerce, B2B enterprises, and startup consulting.
Her career includes roles at Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and Eternal, where she collaborated closely with founders and CXOs.
Hemal has notably contributed to transforming businesses from high cash burn to sustainable profitability, while also playing a significant role in IPOs and acquisitions, combining strategic foresight with operational discipline.
