Devika Dayal has quit The Quint and joined Zee News as Revenue Head-Digital. Dayal was The Quint's Chief Revenue Officer for more than seven years.

Dayal has almost 26 years of media revenue experience and understands digital sales very well. She incidentally started her career with Zee Network in 1998 where she worked from August 1998 to April 2002.

In between, Dayal worked at Discovery Inc for more than three years, from May 2002 till November 2005. She then joined CNN News 18, working with the channel from December 2005 to September 2010 as a VP. Within Network18 itself, Dayal was elevated to the Revenue Head and Senior VP for History18. She had a short stint of over one year at News X and ITV Network as well. 

Dayal is quite a respected name in the field of media planning, advertising and marketing.

Dayal will report to Mona Jain who is the Chief Revenue Officer of Zee News and ZMCL.
