Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Britannia Industries Rajneet Singh Kohli has resigned, according to the company’s latest filing to BSE.
Kohli has stepped down to pursue opportunities outside of Britannia.
“Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Rajneet Singh Kohli (DIN: 09743554), Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has submitted his resignation on 5th March, 2025 to pursue an opportunity outside Britannia,” read the filing.
Kohli is an industry veteran with close to three decades of experience in FMCG, CPG, Retail & Digital Transformation.
At Britannia, he led the company transformative journey, building capabilities in people, partnerships, digital and AI.
He was previously employed with Domino’s as its President and Chief Business Officer.
Kohli has also worked with Coca-Cola and Asian Paints.
