Parthasarathy M A to retire from WPP Media after 17- year journey

Parthasarathy M A (MAPS) has announced that he will be stepping down after a 17-year journey with WPP Media

MAPS currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer, South Asia, at GroupM.

 In a social media post, he shared, “It has been a truly enjoyable journey since January 2009, when I joined Mindshare India under the leadership of Gowthaman (Gman) as Leader – Business Planning in the newly restructured agency. I’ve had the privilege of working with outstanding leaders and incredible colleagues across my different roles—heading Mindshare offices, serving as Chief Product Officer, taking on the Mindshare CEO role, and finally leading Strategy and Consulting at GroupM/WPP media. Every step has been a continuous process of learning and discovery, supported by amazing brands, mentors, and clients who inspired me throughout.”

Before taking on his GroupM role, MAPS spent over 13 years at Mindshare, where he last held the position of Chief Product Officer, South Asia.
