McCann and MullenLowe Singapore will integrate under a unified leadership structure to form a consolidated creative entity for the market, following the Omnicom–IPG mega-merger, according to global media reports.
Paul Soon, currently CEO of MullenLowe Singapore, will head the merged operation as CEO of McCann Singapore. He will be joined by Gonzalo Olivera, who assumes the role of President from 1 January, overseeing creative, strategy, delivery, and operations.
According to an AdWeek report, while MullenLowe is set to align with TBWA globally, Singapore emerges as a notable exception. Sean Donovan, President of Omnicom Advertising Asia, said the Singapore market presented “a more natural fit” between McCann and MullenLowe, citing their scale, complementary capabilities, and long-standing history of collaboration.
