Kayum Razak Dhanani reappointed as Managing Director of Barbeque Nation Hospitality

Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited has announced the reappointment of Kayum Razak Dhanani as the Managing Director of the company. Barbeque Nation Restaurants is owned by Barbeque Nation Hospitality.

Dhanani’s tenure as Managing Director has now been extended for 5 more years. His new tenure will be effective from March 4, 2025 to March 3, 2030, the filing stated.

“Based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors, the Shareholders of the Company have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kayum Razak Dhanani as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from March 4, 2025 to March 3, 2030, through Postal Ballot by remote e-Voting process on March 26, 2025”, the stock exchange filing stated.

Dhanani is one of the Promoters of the Company. He has been a Director of the Company since November 30, 2012 and Managing Director since March 2013 and has been instrumental in the growth of the Company since then.
