India Today appoints Poulomi Saha as Senior Editor - Group Synergy and Special Projects

India Today Group has appointed Poulomi Saha in the role of Senior Editor - Group Synergy and Special Projects.

“Poulomi will be working closely with me to drive seamless coordination across our company's verticals (editorial, business, policy) and lead special projects that are key to accelerating our growth and reinforcing our position as a market leader and innovator in the dynamic media landscape,” said Kalli Purie, Vice Chairperson, and Executive Editor-in-Chief of the India Today Group, in an internal communication to the employees.

“Poulomi is no stranger to the Group. She has been a key part of our editorial team for over a decade, most recently serving as our lead political correspondent, covering the present- day government and national politics.

Over the years, she has fronted some of the biggest political stories-reporting from the frontlines of major national and international events with clarity and conviction.

As a news anchor at India Today, she has been at the forefront of our news coverage, offering sharp analysis and deep context to our audiences across platforms,” stated the note. Saha joined India Today in June 2017. Before that, she was with NewsX.
