Adani Group has appointed Sanjay Behl as the Chief Operating Officer of Adani Cement.
Behl will spearhead sales, marketing, branding and logistics operations for Adani Group’s cement business, which houses brands like Ambuja and ACC, and regional names like Penna and Sanghi.
Before Adani Cement, Behl was CEO and Executive Director of Greaves Electric Mobility (GEM).
Earlier, he was CEO of Raymond Lifestyle Business till March 2020.
Behl has been the co-founder of Nextqore Inc and has held leadership positions in Reliance, Nokia and Hindustan Lever.
As per his LinkedIn update, Behl took charge at Adani in January.
