In a press release, V Kumar, Managing Director, Gillette India Limited, shared, “Gillette India has continued to deliver a strong performance, across top-line and bottom-line in the fiscal. The growth has been led by our Grooming category."
He is of the opinion that the consistent results year-on-year have been enabled by their teams’ superior execution of the integrated strategy which they remain committed to. A focused product portfolio of daily use categories where performance drives brand choice, superiority (of product performance, packaging, brand communication, retail execution and consumer and customer value), productivity, constructive disruption, and an agile and accountable organization – all are aimed at delivering sustainable, balanced growth and value creation.
This strategy is yielding consistent results for P&G, and therefore remains the right way forward as we step into the new fiscal year, as per Kumar.
