WNNR names Aroon Ramachandran as Vice President – Strategy and Growth

WNNR has appointed Aroon Ramachandran as Vice President – Strategy and Growth. Bringing over 17 years of experience in advertising, brand management, and multi-category portfolio leadership, Ramachandran will spearhead the company’s gamified brand integration strategy.

He has previously worked with agencies such as FCB Ulka, partnering with brands like ICICI Bank, Jio Telecom, ASUS India, and WeWork, and contributing to several high-impact campaigns. His expertise spans banking, FMCG, automobiles, and startups, with a strong track record of winning multi-agency pitches and shaping distinctive brand identities.

In his new role, Ramachandran will lead WNNR’s brand strategy across India and key global markets, driving integrated campaigns for e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, and digital-first brands. He will oversee the development and management of WNNR’s multi-brand client portfolio and play a key role in building gamified brand assets.

He will also guide creative and media partnerships with agencies and publishers, develop launch playbooks for new products and collaborations, and steer business growth with a focus on revenue outcomes. His mandate includes elevating WNNR’s thought leadership in first-party data, gamification, and open-web engagement, ensuring consistent, insight-led storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
