Tejas Lad has joined Dentsu India as Director Digital Planning, marking a significant step in the agency’s leadership expansion in the digital domain. Lad shared the news on LinkedIn, expressing enthusiasm for his new role and the dynamic energy of the Indian market.

Lad brings over a decade of experience in advertising and digital strategy, having led campaigns for diverse clients across finance, automobile and FMCG sectors. His expertise spans end-to-end campaign management, creative strategy and performance optimisation. Before joining Dentsu India, he served as Global Account Director at Havas Media Network India for nearly two years.
Earlier in his career, Lad held senior roles at organisations including Wavemaker India and GroupM, and began his journey as a Digital Marketing Executive at IBS. His appointment underscores Dentsu India’s continued investment in senior digital talent to support evolving client needs in a rapidly changing media landscape.
