Swati Bhattacharya quits as Head of Lightbox Creative Lab at GCPL

Swati Bhattacharya, Head of Lightbox Creative Lab at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd (GCPL), will be stepping down from her role, effective January 1, 2026. Bhattacharya shared that “the role did not leverage her strengths and objectives.” GCPL confirmed her resignation in its recent regulatory filings.
Lightbox Creative Lab is GCPL’s in-house creative agency. Bhattacharya joined the organisation in September 2024. Before joining Godrej, she served as Chief Creative Officer at FCB India.
With a distinguished career spanning three decades, Bhattacharya has held senior creative leadership roles at several top agencies including FCB Ulka, Dentsu India and JWT.
