McDonald’s India (West & South) operator strengthens finance leadership with board-approved appointment
Westlife Foodworld, the company that runs McDonald’s restaurants across West and South India, has appointed Shardul Doshi as its Chief Financial Officer, with effect from December 15, 2025. The appointment has already come into force following approval from the company’s board of directors.The development was disclosed through regulatory filings, confirming that Doshi has also assumed the role of CFO for the company’s subsidiary, after receiving the necessary board clearances. The filings were submitted to the stock exchanges where the company is listed BSE under Westlife Development Ltd and NSE under the ticker WESTLIFE.
Westlife Foodworld, which recently transitioned from its earlier identity as Westlife Development Ltd, operates the McDonald’s master franchise across key regions in India. Doshi’s appointment comes as the company continues to scale operations and sharpen financial oversight amid expansion and evolving consumer demand.
