Shailesh Jejurikar to Take Over as Global CEO of Procter & Gamble

The Procter & Gamble Company has announced that Shailesh Jejurikar, who is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer, will take over as the company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer starting January 1, 2026.

Jejurikar will succeed Jon Moeller, who will move into the role of Executive Chairman, where he’ll continue to guide the Board and support Jejurikar in his new responsibilities.

P&G’s Board has also nominated Jejurikar to be elected as a Director at the company’s annual shareholder meeting in October 2025.

Jejurikar joined P&G in 1989. Over the years, he’s held key leadership positions across categories, business sectors, and global regions—including North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He played a major role in building core segments like Fabric Care and Home Care, and contributed significantly to shaping the company’s supply chain, IT, and business operations strategies.
