Laqshya Media Group has expanded its newly launched content division, Laqshya StoryWorks, with two senior hires. Sanjay Nandan has joined as Creative Head, while Dhruv Bhattacharya takes over as National Sales Head, leading revenue strategy and business growth.

Both leaders will work closely with vertical head Ravi Kudesia.

The addition of Sanjay and Dhruv strengthens our vision for Laqshya StoryWorks as a strong content ecosystem,” said Alok Jalan, Chairman & Managing Director, Laqshya Media Group. “With creative excellence supported by a solid monetisation plan, we’re ready to deliver content that is both impactful and business-driven for brands across platforms.”

Sanjay Nandan highlighted the importance of storytelling, saying, “Good content creates real connections. With Laqshya’s focus on creativity and innovation, we aim to explore new technologies like AI while staying true to strong storytelling principles. Our goal is to craft engaging stories that resonate across platforms.”

On the commercial side, Dhruv Bhattacharya brings extensive revenue leadership to support the studio’s expansion. With more than 20 years across ABP Network, Zee Telefilms, Amar Ujala, and Dainik Bhaskar, he has led major branded content projects, custom media solutions, and event IP monetisation. At ABP Network, he headed Spotlight & Branded Content nationally and won several awards for his performance and leadership.

“Brands today demand content that travels across mediums and delivers clear results,” Bhattacharya said. “Laqshya StoryWorks blends creativity, data, and monetisation from the very beginning. That’s the approach that will help us build scalable, business-led storytelling models.”

Both Sanjay and Dhruv will report to Atul Shrivastava, Director & CEO, Laqshya Media Group.

“Content marketing and IP creation are becoming essential in the media landscape,” Shrivastava said. “By bringing together leaders like Sanjay, Dhruv, and Ravi, we are creating a content powerhouse that combines creative thinking, strong revenue strategy, and deep execution abilities. This will significantly enhance how we work with clients—from idea development to long-term content assets.”
