Reckitt has appointed Sharon Kundu as Brand Manager – Laundry. She announced her new role with the global consumer goods company through a LinkedIn post.
With eight years of experience in the FMCG sector, Kundu’s career spans cosmetics, consumer healthcare, and homecare, with expertise in brand strategy, marketing, and innovation across both B2B and B2C markets.
In her new position, she will be responsible for leading brand strategy, driving innovation, and expanding Reckitt’s market presence within the laundry segment.
Prior to joining Reckitt, Kundu served as International Brand Manager at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., where she managed a $100 million portfolio of eight leading global brands — including Arm & Hammer, Batiste, and Nair — across Europe and Africa.
She brings with her strong capabilities in brand development, digital transformation, data-driven marketing, and cross-functional leadership.
