Shantanu Naidu, Ratan Tata’s close aide, has been appointed as the General Manager, Head - Strategic Initiatives.
Taking to LinkedIn, Shantanu stated, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as General Manager, Head - Strategic Initiatives at Tata Motors”.
“I remember when my father used to walk home from the Tata motors plant, in his white shirt and navy pants, and I would wait for him in the window. It comes full circle now”, he further added in his LinkedIn post.
As per Naidu's LinkedIn profile, he earned his engineering degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2014 and completed his MBA at Cornell University in 2016.
Naidu’s association with Ratan Tata went far beyond professional boundaries. He was the close confidant and Manager of the late industrialist Ratan Tata.
