Puneet Kumar Malik, CEO of Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands’ innerwear business has resigned. The development has been shared by the company in a BSE filing. His last day with the company will be January 31, 2026.
“Puneet Kumar Malik, Senior Management Personnel of the Company, has desired to relinquish his position with effect from the close of business hours on January 31, 2026, to pursue another opportunity within the Aditya Birla Group,” the company stated in a stock exchange filing.
Malik took up the role in August 2018. Before that, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the innerwear and athleisure business.
Malik has been associated with Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands since 2010.
