Protean eGov Elevates V Easwaran as Executive Director on Board

Protean eGov Technologies Ltd. (formerly NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Ltd.) has announced the elevation of V Easwaran as Additional Director in the category of Executive Director on its Board, strengthening its leadership as the company enters a new phase of growth.

Easwaran brings over 30 years of experience across banking, digital transformation and large-scale operations. His career spans several landmark institution-building initiatives in India, including stints at India Post Payments Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.

Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Protean eGov, Easwaran has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strengthening delivery resilience and overseeing the execution of complex, high-impact national programmes across the company’s digital ecosystem.
