Mihir Sanghvi is set to depart Sony Pictures Networks India after close to a decade with the organisation, sources familiar with the matter have informed exchangemedia.
His final working day has been confirmed as March 31, according to sources.
Sanghvi joined SPNI in 2015 and most recently held the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial, Procurement and Sustainability.
In this capacity, he led the network’s commercial strategy, procurement operations and sustainability agenda across both television and digital platforms.
Before joining Sony, Sanghvi spent over five years at Johnson & Johnson India, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including senior vice president and head of commercial, as well as associate director and country procurement lead, overseeing sourcing and commercial operations.
Earlier in his career, he worked with American Express as a client general manager and with FedEx in a territory management role.
Sanghvi has completed an executive programme in business management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and holds a postgraduate diploma in sales and marketing management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
Sony Pictures Networks India is currently witnessing leadership transitions as part of broader organisational realignments.
