Mayfair Housing Appoints Nitin Nagpal as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Mayfair Housing has announced the appointment of Nitin Nagpal as its Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO). In this role, Nagpal will lead the company’s integrated sales and marketing mandate, aligning business growth with market intelligence and evolving customer expectations.

As CSMO, Nagpal will oversee revenue optimisation, market-led product positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategies, stakeholder engagement, and the development of resilient sales ecosystems across Mayfair Housing’s portfolio. The role is central to the company’s ambition of scaling responsibly while reinforcing trust, transparency, and long-term value creation for customers and partners.

Nagpal joins Mayfair Housing after nearly a decade at Dosti Realty Ltd., where he last served as Director – Sales, Marketing and Presales Sourcing. Prior to that, he played a key role in shaping HDFC’s real estate strategy and transactions, helping build HDFC Realty Ltd.’s residential and commercial verticals from the ground up and driving large-scale developments across emerging Indian markets.
