SAP, a business solutions company, has elevated Manish Prasad to the role of President and Managing Director for the Indian Subcontinent. Prasad made the announcement on LinkedIn. Manish Prasad succeeds Kulmeet Bawa, who took on a global role as the Chief Revenue Officer, SAP BTP in January this year.

In his new role, Manish will advance SAP’s move to the cloud, helping to enable customers across all industries to digitally transform with SAP.

“It's truly an honour and a privilege to serve India in my new role as the President & Managing Director of SAP Indian Subcontinent and lead such a dynamic organization with a rich legacy in the tech industry. As I embark on this new journey, I am incredibly confident, knowing that I am building upon a strong foundation laid by an incredibly vibrant team”, he stated in his LinkedIn post.

In his previous stints, Manish Prasad has worked with Wipro, Accenture, Dell, IBM, among others.

A technology veteran and seasoned business leader at SAP, Manish has been responsible for delivering strategic and impactful outcomes for some of India’s leading organizations across the metals, mining, and automotive industries. With a career spanning over two decades, he has experience building and managing global and regional businesses across multiple geographies including North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
