Landmark Group has appointed Bobby Kuramdas as Vice President – Sales & Strategy at Landmark GOC. In this capacity, Bobby will spearhead sales performance, drive market expansion, and collaborate with teams to enhance execution and customer engagement.
Bobby brings over two decades of cross-industry expertise spanning luxury residential real estate and airline operations. His 16 years in real estate have equipped him with a strong command over market-driven sales strategy, HNI relationship management, business planning, and execution-focused operational excellence.
Prior to joining Landmark, Bobby held senior leadership positions at Prime Developments, Conscient Infrastructure, Krisumi Corporation, Alpha Corp, Vatika, and Kingfisher Airlines. His experience includes managing large-format residential launches, strengthening distribution channels, and nurturing enduring relationships with high-net-worth clients.
