Infosys has elevated Kisha Gupta to the role of Global Head of Brand, strengthening its senior leadership bench with an experienced internal leader. Prior to this appointment, Gupta served as Associate Vice President at the IT services major. She announced the move through a LinkedIn post, reflecting on her journey and the collective support behind the milestone.

Sharing her thoughts, Gupta expressed deep gratitude to mentors, colleagues, family and leadership, crediting them for shaping her professional path. She also acknowledged Infosys’ founders and senior leaders for building a purpose-driven organisation and thanked her predecessor for a legacy she aims to carry forward. Emphasising collaboration, she noted that the achievement belongs as much to those who supported her as it does to her, adding that she looks forward to nurturing the Infosys brand with “care, creativity, and heart.”

Gupta has been associated with Infosys since 2012, when she joined as Relationship Manager – Global Academic Relations. Over the years, she has taken on multiple leadership roles across the organisation, contributing to brand building, stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives. Her elevation reflects Infosys’ focus on continuity and internal talent development in key brand and marketing functions.

With over 18 years of experience, Gupta brings a diverse professional background spanning corporate marketing, academic relations and business analysis. Before joining Infosys, she served as Head of Marketing and Communications at Tablitz Marketing and worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Evalueserve.

In her new role, Gupta is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping Infosys’ global brand narrative, reinforcing its purpose-led positioning and driving consistency across markets as the company continues to evolve in a competitive global landscape.
