John Thangaraj appointed Chief Strategy Officer - Creative & Media at Dentsu India

John Thangaraj has been appointed as Chief Strategy Officer- Creative & Media at Dentsu India. Thangaraj shared the news of his new role through a LinkedIn post.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Strategy Officer- Creative & Media at Dentsu India”, he stated in his LinkedIn post.

Earlier in March this year, exchange4media had reported that Thangaraj had put in his papers and was serving his notice period at Havas.

Prior to joining Dentsu India, John Thangaraj was the Chief Strategy Officer of Havas Creative Network India where he was responsible for driving the strategic mandate of the creative network. He had joined Havas from FCB Group India.

John Thangaraj is a multi-functional marketing communications strategist with over two decades of experience across consumer research, marketing, advertising and media.

In his previous stints, he has worked with companies like Rediffusion, MullenLowe Lintas Group, Mindshare and FCB.
