After a one-year sabbatical to pursue creative interests, Jaya Jamrani is back at Castrol, this time in a global role as Vice President of Global Marketing – Cars.
In her previous role at Castrol, she was the Vice President – Marketing for India and South Asia and was part of the management team.
She led the marketing strategy for India across business segments, including forging strategic partnerships for growth.
With close to two decades of experiences, Jamrani has led impactful campaigns for Castrol India backed by her understanding of changing consumer needs.
A significant campaign was Castrol’s #BadhteRahoAage campaign that focused on truckers who preferred Castrol CRB TURBOMAX and marked a milestone for Castrol in reinforcing its commitment to the progress and success of truckers. Other campaigns include Castrol CRB Truck Aasana and Castrol Super Mechanic, drive successful media and content partnerships including Castrol Activ Scooter Girl in the City and Castrol POWER1 Roadies as well as steer strategic associations like the Castrol-3M collaboration.
Along with her strong knowledge of business and proven ability to drive results, Jamrani is credited with successful purpose-led marketing and influencer-advocacy campaigns.
An alumnus of IIM Lucknow, Jamrani started her career with a stint at Unilever.
