Dharma Cornerstone Agency Restructures as Partners Split to Pursue Independent Paths

Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA), the talent management firm jointly created by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Bunty Sajdeh’s Cornerstone, is undergoing a major reshuffle. According to multiple media reports, both partners have decided to chart separate courses, bringing an end to their joint structure.

Reports from November 10 suggest that Bunty Sajdeh, the driving force behind Cornerstone and a co-founder of DCA, is gearing up to launch an independent talent management company. As part of the restructuring, Dharma is said to be acquiring Cornerstone’s 45% stake, giving it full ownership and operational control of the agency.

DCA currently manages several prominent Bollywood names, including Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Tiger Shroff, while Sajdeh has long been associated with some of India’s biggest sports stars such as Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. The split sets the stage for both entities to sharpen their focus Dharma strengthening its entertainment-driven roster, and Sajdeh rebuilding his presence in the talent management space with a new venture.
