Arrow appoints Nitesh Kanchan as CEO

Arvind Fashions Limited has appointed Nitesh Kanchan as the Chief Executive Officer of Arrow, its menswear brand.

Kanchan brings over 20 years of experience across fashion, beauty & personal care, and retail, spanning P&L leadership, digital commerce, and brand building. At Arvind Fashions, he has served as Chief Digital Officer, leading the digital business across marketplaces, brand.com platforms such as NNNOW, and key omnichannel initiatives. He has previously held roles including CEO – Sephora India, COO – Arrow, and senior positions in business finance and digital for global brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein within the organisation, the company said in a press release.

His career spans merchandising, planning, supply chain, licensing, and retail operations with leading fashion retailers, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the value chain from product to consumer. He holds a B.Tech in Textile Technology from IIT Delhi and has completed an Executive Programme in Leading Digital Transformation from IIM Bangalore, underscoring his blend of technical, commercial, and digital strengths.

As CEO of Arrow, Kanchan will focus on reinforcing the brand’s core in formal and occasion wear, while accelerating growth in smart casual and lifestyle categories to align with evolving consumer preferences. His priorities will include strengthening Arrow’s product and design proposition, enhancing consumer experience across offline and online channels, and leveraging data and digital platforms to drive profitable, technology-led growth.
