Apollo Tyres Ltd has elevated Abhineet Kothari to the role of Marketing Head for India and Southeast Asia. Kothari joined the company in April 2024 as Category Head – Passenger Vehicles and has played a key role in strengthening the brand’s presence in the segment.
Prior to Apollo Tyres, Kothari held leadership roles at Paytm as AVP – Payments and spent over eight years with Castrol in various strategic marketing positions.
Abhineet Kothari has also worked with global companies, including the Kellogg Company and Shell Shipping.
He joined Apollo Tyres in 2024 as category lead for Passenger vehicles. Kothari has 16 years of India and international work experience, across operations, sales, channel and trade marketing, brand marketing, product management, product and growth in fintech.
Kothari is an alumnus of the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.
