Duncan Minto Steps In as Interim CEO at Renault Group

Renault Group has appointed Duncan Minto as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Renault S.A., effective 15 July 2025. Minto, currently Chief Financial Officer of the Group, will lead the company on a temporary basis while the search for a permanent CEO continues.

During this interim period, Minto will manage day-to-day operations alongside Jean-Dominique Senard, who will serve as Chairman of Renault s.a.s., the Group’s operating company.

A long-time Renault executive, Minto brings nearly three decades of experience to the role. He joined the company in 1997 and has held several key finance and leadership roles across various regions. These include Finance Director for Renault-Nissan Portugal, Managing Director of Renault Ireland, CFO of the Asia-Pacific region, and most recently CFO of both Dacia and Alpine brands. He was named Group CFO and joined the Leadership Team in March 2025.

The Board’s Governance and Remuneration Committee is currently leading the recruitment process for the next CEO of Renault S.A.
