Road To Profitability By H2 FY26.

VerSe Innovation expects to achieve group-level break-even and turn EBITDA positive in the second half of FY26. The company credits this to its AI-led monetisation, automation, and cost control.

VerSe Innovation’s growth in FY25 was driven by several factors. Its AI-led monetisation through NexVerse.ai, the programmatic AdTech engine, continues to enhance advertiser ROI with data-based insights. Its subscription offering, Dailyhunt Premium, powered by Magzter, expanded the platform’s reach into paid content. On the creator side, Josh Audio Calling and VerSe Collab enable creators to manage campaigns and connect with audiences. The integration of Magzter and ValueLeaf has strengthened VerSe’s B2B and consumer monetisation network.
