IPG posts better-than-expected Q3 revenues and profit

Interpublic Group (IPG) has reported better-than-expected third-quarter revenue and profit, on the back of steady spending from media and healthcare clients and ongoing efficiency measures, the agency has said.

While the company’s revenue for the quarter stands at $2.49 billion, quarterly profit rose to $0.34 per share, up from $0.05 per share a year earlier.

The company said it has integrated platforms such as “Interact” an AI-powered system that unifies data, creative, and media workflows for personalized marketing.

As per earlier reports, IPG's proposed merger deal with Omnicom Group, initially targeted for the second half of 2025, could now extend towards the year-end.

According to media reports, IPG did not hold any earnings call as the acquisition is likely to be closed this month.
