Kedaara Capital has appointed Nitin Paranjpe, a seasoned Unilever executive, as its Chief Mentor and Operating Partner.
Nitin Paranjpe has held several key leadership roles at Unilever over his nearly four-decade-long career. He served on the Unilever Leadership Executive for over 10 years, most recently as Chief Transformation and Chief People Officer from 2022 to June 2024. Before that, he was Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing global P&L, driving synergies, digital transformation, and capability building.
Earlier, Paranjpe led Unilever’s Foods & Refreshment and Home Care divisions at a global level. He began his journey with Hindustan Lever Limited in 1987, taking on various roles in marketing and sales.
Paranjpe currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Hindustan Unilever Limited and sits on the boards of Heineken, Infosys, and other major companies.
