Swati Sapna elevated to Director - Unscripted at Netflix India

Swati Sapna has been elevated to the role of Director- Unscripted at Netflix India. She took to LinkedIn to announce the news of her promotion.

In her new role, Swati Sapna will be leading content and strategy for all Unscripted and Documentaries and also continue with the additional role of commissioning executive for South original series.

Prior to this, Swati Sapna held the role of Manager - Unscripted & South Originals at the company.

“I’m excited to announce my promotion to Director, Unscripted at Netflix India. The immense amount of learning, collaboration, faith and support I have experienced from my colleagues and partners in these 5 years has been overwhelming! And I hope to achieve new milestones and embark on more exciting journeys together as the dream team”, she stated in her LinkedIn post.

She joined Netflix in 2020 as Manager for Unscripted and South Originals. She has been associated with Netflix India for about 5 years.

Swati Sapna is a seasone dprofessional with over 20 years of experience across films, advertising, TV, and Digital content and strategy, and over 10 of those in leadership roles.
