Ranjana Mangla, who currently leads digital ad sales at Sony Pictures Networks India, will now also oversee the company’s YouTube growth strategy. She will report to Chief Revenue Officer Rajesh Kaul.
Mangla has been associated with SPNI since October 2020 and brings over 17 years of experience in managing large and mid-sized sales teams and negotiating complex commercial deals. Her expertise spans revenue strategy, digital business, large-scale media product and OTT launches, and C-suite market relationships. She has a strong track record of driving national revenues and year-on-year growth for both challenger and market-leading brands through effective market penetration, senior-level buy-in, and execution.
