After over five impactful years at LS Digital, Manesh Swamy, Managing Director and Chief Creative Officer, is moving on from the company.
In a heartfelt note for his team, which he shared first with exchange4media, Manesh reflected on his journey that began in September 2019, when he joined the company, then known as Logicserve Digital.
“I want to take a moment to thank everyone at LS Digital — my teams, clients, and partners — for being part of my incredible journey over the last 66 months!
“It sounds crazy, but it truly feels like just yesterday that I joined Logicserve Digital in September 2019. What an amazing and blessed journey it has been. It’s been a privilege to witness and be part of the company’s transformation over the years.”
During his tenure at LS Digital, Manesh played a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s creative vision and culture. Rising through key leadership roles — from Senior Vice President to Chief Creative Officer & SVP, and finally to Managing Director & CCO — he was instrumental in building and nurturing cross-functional creative teams across design, social, UI/UX, strategy, and more.
“A big thank you to Prasad for believing in me and trusting me to carry the creative mantle for the company. I can’t thank you enough! You’ve been an incredible human being and a great leader,” he said.
Under his leadership, LS Digital’s creative teams delivered award-winning campaigns for marquee brands including HDFC Life, Canon, Tata Motors Finance, Bajaj Allianz, PepsiCo, Intel, Singapore Tourism, and many others.
“To the entire Leadership Council — both past and present members, a big thank you! You’ve been the driving force that kept things moving for me, and your knowledge and mentorship have been invaluable.
“A special mention to my team, LS Creative aka The Creative Floor, both past and present teams. It’s been a privilege to co-create a creative culture with all of you. I’m so proud of the people you’ve become over time… Thanks to all of you, I could dream… and dream big! You gave me the courage to take on a new, uncharted, but exciting road ahead,” his note said.
With over two decades of experience, Manesh has led campaigns for a diverse roster of brands — from Mankind Pharma and Tata Pravesh to Videocon D2H, Mahindra Auto, Nerolac Paints, Milton, UB Group, ACC, Eros Now, and many more.
Before LS Digital, he spent 15 years at Hungama Digital Services, where he played a key role in helping the agency win more than 100 awards at both national and international levels.
He has also served as a jury member at prestigious industry awards including the YouTube Works Awards, Digixx, Goafest-Abbys, and AdFest Pattaya.
Outside of work, Manesh is passionate about doodling, painting, mobile photography, and dancing. He also enjoys watching films across genres and exploring various dance forms.
