Groupe SEB India has appointed Jasjeet Kaur as its Chief Executive Officer. In her new role, she will lead the company’s overall operations, reinforce its market presence, and steer consistent, sustainable growth.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning FMCD, automotive and consumer sectors, Jasjeet brings deep expertise in strategy, brand building and business expansion. Since joining Groupe SEB India in 2020 as Marketing Director, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Group’s footprint in the country, including leading the launch and scale-up of its premium international brand, Tefal, in India. Her focus on digital-led brand communication, sharper consumer insights and the introduction of new categories has contributed significantly to the company’s growth trajectory.

Earlier this year, Jasjeet expanded her responsibilities as Vice President – Sales (E-commerce, Modern Trade and other Channels), where she took charge of strengthening distribution reach and accelerating growth. In this role, she worked towards tighter alignment between marketing and sales, sharper execution at scale, and enhanced commercial capabilities to support the company’s omnichannel ambitions.
