Havas Media Network has appointed Andrea Isaac as Managing Partner and Alessia Grosso as Head of Strategy & Product for Havas Play North America.

Andrea Isaac, a seasoned leader with more than 15 years across the Havas network, steps into her new role as Managing Partner with a clear mandate: scale Havas Play’s presence in North America and accelerates its ability to help brands build long-term cultural equity.

“Gaming, creators, and partnerships aren’t just trends, they are the infrastructure of modern culture,” said Andrea Isaac. “At Havas Play, we’re not chasing the moment. We’re helping brands shape it through strategies that are built on participation, not just presence.”

Andrea brings a strong track record of transformation and growth across global markets, having previously served as Chief Development Officer for Latin America, CEO of Colombia & Central Latin America, and Managing Partner of Business Transformation. Her expertise spans business development, strategic partnerships, and cross-cultural marketing uniquely positioning her to guide Havas Play’s next chapter in North America.

Joining her is Alessia Grosso, appointed to Head of Strategy & Product, a newly created role designed to drive innovation at the intersection of fandom, platforms, and storytelling. Alessia brings deep experience in gaming ecosystems, media strategy, and cultural insight. Most recently, she served as SVP, Communications Strategy at Havas Media Canada, where she led innovative work across entertainment, technology, and lifestyle categories.
